I have a THunderbay 4 storage array. I replaced the drive that said disk failure predicted, but the new drive is also saying it. I ran the validate and cleared I/O counters, but its still saying it. Is it possible that it still thinks its the failing drive, or is this new drive also failing? Any suggestions on what to attempt next?

Unreliable sectors may be a sign of poor power. Make sure you have a voltage regulator on your system (only $100 or so)

You can try removing the disk from the volume and "certify disk". After the certify the bad sectors will either be marked reallocated, or they may clear. (removing the volume removes your redundancy, so be sure you are up to date with backups.)
