Problems With Activation

Hi,
I have a thunderbay 4 withe 4 drives installed and I try to activate my license with my serial. Then I get an error message saying that there was an internal error.
I am running the latest version under Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.10 on my iMac 27' 2019

The Application launches, until you enter your license? What SoftRAID version are you running?
