Hi there,
I’m running SoftRAID Lite 5.8.4 on a Mac Pro running macOS 10.10.5 (Yosemite).
I’ve just purchased a SoftRAID Lite license/serial.
This version requires a serial number with 25 characters in 5 sections. The serial I’ve received is 20 characters in 4 sections.
I assume this is to do with the fact I have purchased a license for version 7.6.
This was my only option for purchasing after following the links from within the app.
Is it possible to obtain a serial that will work with my version?

Include the license you just received. I can change that to a 5.x license for you.

What MacOS version are you using? You just purchased a new license to SoftRAID Premium?
