mac OS 12.. unmounting disk raid on macpros but on a laptop macbook pro is ok

hello 

 

I use a raid OWC with 72Tb... and i don't know why but on a laptop macbook pro in OS12 it's working

 

but on 2 macpros (with one with the same softraid version (7.5) and the second with 7.6) is not working, could you help me... ?

i send you a photo on softraid on one macpro and the rapport in attach

Please attach a SoftRAID tech support file, from the macine(s) wherte it is NOT working. (and disks connected)

How are these disks connected? I cannot figure it out.

Are these hardware RAID boxes? (that you moved over from a linux computer?)

Is there data on them that you need to mount on the Mac?

I made a photo.. as you can see the raid is mounted and recognize on laptop macbookpro and works good... but i need to mount on black macpro in second plan, but on it nothing happen..

In the support file, the disks connected are USB drives in that enclosure? they are not showing up to MacOS as USB drives.

This is what I see. Are those network attached drives that I should ignore? (SoftRAID should not "see" them at all), and your enclosure is not showing up in the SoftRAID Application?

@softraid-support for example i give you a photo of the same raid who's working connected to a macbook pro laptop...

 Si i need my raid work on macpro like in my laptop. It's the same MacOS, the same firmware and the same softraid version.

In the first support file, the enclosure was not even showing up at all. This is a hardware problem. I assume you tried a new USB cable? And tried different USB ports?
