I renewed my support license in May 2023, but the Softraid application shows support expired on Jun 7 2023. not cool :-(
is the license only good for 2 months?

What is your License number? I won't post it. Have you tried "deactivate/activate"?

I am having the same issue after renewing my XT support license (macOS 13.4.1 (c)). Suggestions?

Same problem here : I renewed today my SoftRAID Pro Upgrade + Support Plan but it still says that it's going to expire on tuesday. I tried deactivating / reactivating my licence and restarting my computer but to no avail.
