Getting the error message:
"One or more of the volumes you have selected contain disks which are in an unsupported enclosure. The SoftRaid XT License only supports disks in select OWC enclosures."
The volume that won't mount, is a 3x RAID0, just put into a newly purchased OWC ThunderBay 8. This 3x RAID0 set of HDDs were previously in my old 4 Bay OWC QX2 external box, Running SoftRaid 7.5 The drives show up in the ThunderBay8 without errors, it shows the correct 24TB total size. But won't mount at all.

P1. The Blurb on OWC for SoftRaid XT says:
"Designed for OWC enclosures only"
P2. The error message says:
The SoftRaid XT License only supports disks in select OWC enclosures."
P1 and P2 are inconsistent? P1 is an inclusive statement. P2 is an exclusive statement.
It's all OWC, and All SoftRaid across the two workstations, both licensed, no outside 3rd party hardware RAIDs anywhere.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thanks!
he Qx2 was a hardware RAID box. Are you sure this is not in a RAID 5 hardware format?
Attach a SoftRAID tech support file here, we can take a look.

Thanks for your quick response, much appreciated.
Yes I am 100% certain the 3 Disk Array I'm trying to mount is a RAID0.
A quick look at the current OWC website shows only preconfigured QX2 Boxes as RAID5. So I understand why you'd be asking. I own 3 generations of the QX2. 1x 2021 version, 1x 2015 version, and 1x from 2012 that has firewire ports. I cant recall precisely all the changes.
My last purchase in 2021 was sold as an empty box bundled with SoftRaid XT. The only thing I have ever used the QX2 is for Hourly Time Machine BackUps. I have used JBOD, and RAID0 successfully, but always get errors with RAID5 in the QX2.
RAID5 (SoftRaid) works super awesome in the internal bays of my 2012 Mac Pro 5.1. Not one problem ever since day 1.
You forgot to attach a SoftRAID tech support file, from the system that is not mounting your volume.
As an additional note, earlier today I got exasperated and paid to upgrade from 7.5 XT to 7.5 Pro even though I don't need it. (never will use anything other than OWC) I thought it would be worth it just to solve the problem once and for all. The RAiD0 disks still wont mount.
It is acting like a license problem, but I don't see how. I paid for SoftRaid 5, in 2015. Paid Again for 6, and then got the free upgrade to 7 on my old Mac Pro. I have all the numbers and reciepts
When I got the new Mac Studio, I paid for a fresh seat for 7 XT. then today I paid again to upgrade to 7 Pro. It's a separate seat with its own license.
Thanks for all assistance, really appreciate it.
Upgrade to 13.4. If your volume does not mount, attach a new support file. the driver is not loading, that will be fixed in 13.4, when you install it.
There are other fixes, but this is simplest.
