What are the currently implemented conversion options available in SoftRAID?

What RAID conversions can SoftRAID perform, if any, as in, RAID versions being converted from one to another, e.g. RAID 0 to RAID 4, or RAID 1 to RAID 5, etc?

non RAID to 1

Sometimes 0 to 4 (there is a bug there, so I do not recommend it at present.)
