I keep getting these errors when using my Thunderbay. Do I need to replace the encloser or the drives?

Please attach a SoftRAID tech support file (Utilities menu)
You clearly have a hardware issue of some sort. the support file will help diagnose.
In the meantime, "clear IO errors" on the disks (errors only, utilities menu). Use "recover failed disks" in the volumes menu and "validate" when prompted.
