I just updated to Sequoia 15.5 and was testing things out. In the SoftRaid App I checked for updates and got an error message: "Update server cannot be found". My network is working fine and I have good connectivity. I then tried SoftRaid support ( https://software.owc.com/support/softraid/ ) but the server was not found. I then tried the top level owc.com domain and a page comes up with "Interested in owc.com? Find out how to get it through Domain Backorder."
Is there an error on the OWC website or has it gone bust?

Yes, OWC is still in business, we are fulfilling orders, etc.
However, we have a very serious problem with all our web properties, that we are working as hard as we can to fix.
We are very sorry for the interruption and hope to get back on line very soon.
