I downloaded the software when I got my OWC array, and when I got the message to update the first time I downloaded it and installed it - again. But the message keeps popping up about every hour and I can't stop it - and my array isn't even connected at this point! What's up? How can I stop this other than deleting/uninstalling the monitor software?

My guess is the MOnitor is crashing.
Attach a SoftRAID tech support file (Utilities menu) and I can take a look.
