Trying to mount raid 0 disk created in Mac softraid on windows 11. Enclosure is OWC Express 4M2. Windows does not recognize disk. Attaching disk via USB3 cable, known good. Other ssd drives mount fine.

Is your enclosure Thunderbolt? or USB? (look at invoice)

@willymss

This is a start. It does not work with USB. First, determine if your computer fully supports Thunderbolt.

Second, if it does, you need an actual "Thunderbolt" cable.

I know that the computer supports USB 3.2 Gen2 2x2. Is that the same? Otherwise I will look into TB support.

@willymss

Say thank you to intel. they have confused everyone on what is Thunderbolt and what is USB.

They use the same cables. Thunderbolt supports USB, but USB does not support Thunderbolt. This is changing with USB4 and up, where you can get a USB cable that also supports Thunderbolt4. But this whole technology is crazy because everything overlaps.

I am afraid you cannot use that enclosure with your existing computer.
