Please help. No answer from sending a support request. My New Premium 8 subscription will not activate. I AM connected to the net but keep getting the popup "Softraid License Activation Error. Unable to activate this license. The serial number you are trying to use is invalid." I'm copying the license number directly and have full net connection. Then when I click MANAGE LICENSE HERE I get "Your Softraid 8 Premium license has expired and you'll need to renew". And, "Your SoftRAID 8 Premium subscription is active" and that it revews in a year. I did renew on November 4th,2024 (Order#384783). Please note my copy is already DEACTIVATED. Please help/please fix. Thank you.
Maybe the case was not submitted for some reason, as I do not see it.

Are you using "copy/paste" to enter your license? You are getting "invalid license", which generally means a typo.
@softraid-support Hi thank you. Yes, copy paste. Did I buy the wrong thing? My order number is 384783. I can send you my license number that appears on my receipt, purchased Nov 4th.
