I have got the nag screen about my Premium License Subscription expiring a couple of times, but I can see that my Premium Subscription is set to auto-renew - is this expected behaviour?
No, this is a bug, however fixing it required changes to both the store and SoftRAID. This will be fixed in the next update to SoftRAID, which we are working on releasing as soon as possible. (Hopefully next month)
I too am getting this pop up to renew my license on Sept 1 but when I click the button to renew my plan it says there are no upgrades available. Do I need to do something to get this to go away?
@softraid-support FYI I got an email confirmation that my renewal payment had gone through but I'm still seeing the pop up alerting me to renew.
Your license is activated correctly now. In SoftRAID, "deactivate/activate" your license to see your status.
I'm receiving the Nag screen that my license must be renewed on November 5th. Still, my Premium Subscription is set to auto-renew, and it says there are no upgrades available ... Both my SoftRaid and Driver versions are also version 8.3 ... I'm confused about what I need to do to fix this?
