When I click the softraid menu I get a grayed out notice that says: Software premium license deactivated, most sofware features disabled, premium license subscription expired on null. My license was renewed July 20 when I check on line. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling softraid to no avail. Please advise on how to gain functionality. I discovered this when I tried to erase and recreate a raid drive. I called the owc support line, and was told to wait up to 2 days for an email response on this. I deactivated it on my laptop and reinstalled and reentered by license. A popup said it had been activated. But the problem persists.

Its fixed. Deactivate/activate your license.
I have the same problem after Softraid upgrade to version 8.1 . The SoftRraid App on my MacPro 2019 shows my License Deactivated even though my license is renewed yearly automatically and I was just billed a few months ago for the renewal. I have restarted my computer and today even upgraded to OS to Sonoma 14.6.1 to no avail. What have I done wrong?
Should be fixed. Deactivate/ Activate your license to see the correct status.

Sadly, version 8.1.1 was supposed to fix these issues, but didn't. My auto-renewal went through on Saturday evening, but my Premium license is still not working. In fact, the menu bar application says "Standard License Deactivated (Most features disabled)" and SoftRAID full app says "License Deactivated" along the bottom of the window. I rebooted, and with no observable changes, I chose "Activate" from the "SoftRAID" menu. A dialog said "the Standard license has been activated," but nothing changes.

@softraid-support I waited to respond to your previous message last night until I had a chance to try it this afternoon. Choosing "Activate" worked just fine. Thank you very much!
I'm having the same problem. I have deactivated, and tried to activate, but while it says its activated, nothing changes.

I'm having the same problem. Does every account have to be fixed manually on the backend and then the user deactivate/reactivate the license?
