I've read through the forum and my SoftRAID Premium subscription renewed in July but the invoice doesn't show a new serial number. Using my current serial number doesn't work. I tried the offline activation but it needs the correct serial number, which I don't have. The email confirming my renewal doesn't include the new serial number either. I can't deactivate either. When I do an about SoftRAID it says Premium License Subscription: Expired on (null) so it doesn't even know when my former subscription expired.

Your license appears fine and it was updated until 2026. It is activated in a computer you named "imac".
Are you running SoftRAID 8.5?
