Wish there were a way for setting the size of the font used for the text in the SoftRAID main status window. Many Mac programs have this, and would help people with vision limitations. This is especially true on monitors with large resolutions. It looks like the font size is about 6 point on my 27" monitor that works in 2560x1440 res mode. Ideally would work similar to browser font resize commands Command= and Command-. Yes, I know I could put the monitor into a much less resolution mode and then the small text would get bigger, but I didn't spend a lot of money on a high-resolution monitor to use it in this manner - low resolutions really limit the number of app windows you can have visible at a time, and makes things much less productive on the computer.
Also please make it so that the text can be highlighted and copied - the only thing I can do is take a screen shot at the moment which makes me simply retype the text I'm interested in - takes a lot longer than a simple highlight-copy type effort.
I've taken a screen shot of an example portion of the SoftRAID main window and pasted below - you can't even read it here...well, after posting this image is much larger and not representative now of what the SoftRAID screen looks like, but it's still an image and you can't highlight/copy and individual word or phrase or sentence or several sentences in an image.
Due to the layout of the status window, the text takes a relative small percentage of the available width of the window, so larger text options would not affect the total width very much, but would affect the length of the visible output much more, but with the scroll bars on the window this is easily adjusted to show whatever the user is interested in.
Think this is a pretty minor change for someone familiar with macOS user interface design experience.

This is something we have wanted to do (both), but it is not so easy because of how we pull the date. We are due for a UI enhancement in the future, this is one of the considerations.
I have pushed for selectable text in the windows for a while. But it is a heavy lift, not a light lift.
@softraid-support -- what about just making the font size larger rather than variable initially? This wouldn't be much of a change. It's simply not readable on a high res monitor.

Is there some sort of time limit on being able to edit your own posts? The Edit reply button simply disappears after a few minutes. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or that's the way things are supposed to work?

Maybe once it is approved you cannot edit? I don't know otherwise.
