I have a 20tb Thunderbay that I've been using on a MacBook Pro. My computer recently crashed and the hard drive is likely not recoverable. How can I switch the Softraid license to a new computer without being able to deactivate it from my old one? Thanks!

There are no issues, just run SoftRAID on the new computer and install the license.

Thank you. Where is the license located?

If this came with a Thunderbay, then under the enclosure.

If you bought it retail, we may have a copy depending on where. But look in your emails first.

Or if you get stuck, you can save a Tech support file from the old comptuter, if it works, and send it to us and we can extract it.
