I'm waiting for my system "certify" step to complete, have a question...once I create a RAID 0 Volume, how does it appear in Finder? Can somebody post a screen shot?

Thanks

A SoftRAID volume appears exactly the same as any other volume in Finder. There is no difference as far as Finder is concerned. the icon on the desktop is different, it will have a SoftRAID icon on it, but functionally identical to all other volumes.

OK, but nowhere in Finder (or in MacOS for that matter) do I see the term "Volume", so where will I look? Does it show up under "Devices" in the sidebar like individual drives do?

Sorry, may be natural to you guys but this is all new to me...

Thanks

Yes it would show up in the side bar, it will show up on the Desktop and when you save files, in the side bar in the dialog boxes for saving. Exactly the same as if you connected a Thumbdrive.

Thanks. I have another post awaiting moderator approval but since this one is open

...the volume keeps failing (error =31 from the log). Tried twice, re-initializing between attempts.

All the same issue, the 5.8.3 driver is not loading. See other thread.
