Is there any way to ID volume order in a raid5 array. I'm not sure what order I created the volumes & I need to resize on volume that I know is not at the end of the array & therefor can't use the extra space.

There is no easy way using SoftRAID.
If the volumes are different sizes, you can use the terminal, "diskutil list" command and see what order the partitions are in. All partitions are listed for all disks, just look at what order the partitions are in.
That is about the only way at this time.
