Can I maintain my RAID 0 while moving to a RAID 0+1?

Sorry no we do not upgrade RAID 0 volumes to RAID 1+0 volumes. You need to back up, initialize all 4 disks with SoftRAID, then create a new RAID 1+0 volume. Then restore your data to it. You can use applications like SuperDuper (free), or Carbon Copy Cloner, or ChronoSync, to do the backup (make an image) and restore to the new volume.
