Existing RAID5 to softRAID

I had a hardware raid device that died, but all drives are in good condition. How can I get SoftRAID to read my old RAID set in my new OWC chassis? I put them into the device in the same order they were in before in the old device. But when I open softRAID it shows them as separate disks that need to be initialized. 

Any suggestions?
