Hello, I have Akitio Thunder2 Quad with 4 IBM 6TB HDD, RAID 0, Mac Pro late 2013, macOS Sierra 10.12.5. After installing the SoftRAID Lite 5.6 update, according to the Blackmagic disk speed test, the speed of read and write slowed down by half. What's the problem?

There is nothing in the update that would affect performance. When was the last time you checked the volume speed? Maybe the volume is getting full, and somewhat fragmented? That can cause a dramatic reduction in speed.
SoftRAID's driver works as fast as the disks can go. If performance drops, it is not "SoftRAID", but either the above, or perhaps a hardware issue of some sort. (disk getting slow, bus resets, bad cable, etc.)
