I'm getting the following error message:
"An internal part of the SoftRaid monitor as stopped functioning properly. Please quit and relaunch it"

What I have tried:
1. Quit 4 times
2. Shut down, reboot 3 times
3. Re-installed 7.5, and reboot.
4. Power down OWC Thunderbay 8,  Power off Mac Studio, Boot up with no external drives, launch SoftRaid.

Background Details
Mac Studio M1 running Ventura, and my 7 HDDs are in a ThunderBay 8
SoftRaid 7.5 Pro.

I see there's a few previous threads involving removing preferences and then using Sudo terminal deletes?
Here is one
https://forums.softraid.com/critical-issue/an-internal-part-of-the-softraid-monitor-has-stopped-functioning-properly-error-on-repeat/

I cannot send you a tech report because it wont launch, see screen grab

Thanks!

We do not yet understand the root cause of this, but it is inside some setting/preference/change in the System. A clean install system would not have this.

I have found a workaround that is pretty simple, however. Launch the SoftRAID Monitor before launching SoftRAID. That will avoid this issue.
the Monitor is found in /Library/Application Support/SoftRAID. You can put the Monitor in the dock as a shortcut, or it could be launched in terminal.

This shortcut worked like a charm. Much appreciated :)

@softraid-support This also worked for me after this (seemingly randomly) started to happen here. Thank you.

@timwux

I will have a debug beta soon if anyone wants to help fix this. This issue is now at the top of the engineering queue.

Cannot find the monitor in the application library; restarted, reinstalled, no luck. This might be a thread to pull at though...

@sas

The SoftRAID Monitor is here:
/Library/Application Support/SoftRAID

Try double clicking it, then launching the SoftRAID Application, as a temporary workaround.

An hour after trying other stuff, this worked on the first try - much appreciated!
