Just upgraded to v7 and I'm finding the throughput to be half the speed it was with v6.

This is on a Ventura 13.0 and a Thunderbay 4 - RAID5 array. Single volume, no more than 40% used. Original OWC TB3 cable that came with enclosure. Nothing changed on Mac and components except upgrading to v7.

Anyone else seeing this?

Sure this is not a Black Magic bug? Use AJA system test and see if you get normal performance. My recommendations for settings are any 5K video, 16bit RGBA codec and 16GB or 64Gb file size. AJA gives the most consistent results.

Very interesting. AJA results show nominal performance. And now BM is also showing similar.

@syd

Benchmarking does not always show the reality. its OK.

Over the past few years, AJA has shown consistent numbers across systems, but it needs to be kept up to date, also.
