SoftRAID.sys causes system crash on Windows 10 Pro. I have reinstalled SoftRAID and ran the Repair option in the uninstaller. Crashes are unpredictable, but always when attempting to access data on the drive.

System Specs:
AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3975WX 32-Core 3.5 GHz
256GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro, version 21H2
OS Build 19044.1348
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0
