ok Im on Windows 11 and I installed a cumulative update KB5017383
I have Softraid Pro 3.0.12.2
after this update one of the 3 disks in My Softraid volume is not showing as it is part of the volume
I used CrystalDiskInfo to read the smart of all 3 of these drives and they all passed, and I got no early failure indicators or messages from anything, simply did not work after WU
I have uninstalled KB5017383 but no change, i have reinstalled SoftRaid, I have uninstalled/restarted the drivers for all 3 drives including the OWC volume driver and restarted the machine still no change
I do have a somewhat older backup of this volume but if possible i would like to fix this one

Run the Windows Diagnostic program, this should allow us to identify or at least rule out what may or may not be causing the problem. With the drive array/set connected, please download and run: https://download.owc.com/diagnostics/windows
This should generate a .ZIP file - please send that when you get the auto reply.
Attach the screenshots of the problem. The more info on the problem, the better we can help.
