Hey, I have a weird issue with a Mercury Elite Pro Quad set to Raid 5 on Windows 11. When the computer goes to sleep with the drives connected and I bring it back up it does the spinning dots at the load screen (after I enter my account pin/password) infinitely and never loads in. The drives don't show lights or movement and it just... keeps spinning the wheel on my screen. Pulling the plug on the drive doesn't make it log back in. Standby works fine if I disconnect the drives before the computer goes into standby. It doesn't shut down properly either without disconnecting the drives before initiating shutdown, sitting at the "shutting down" screen eternally. I recently switched the Mercury from Raid 1 to Raid 5 and that seems to be the difference. Thoughts on anything I can do differently? Thank you.

I don't know the cause of this.

Please report this bug to our engineering team by opening a ticket with our support team at

https://software.owcdigital.com/support/supportform/.

We'll want to get a Windows Diagnostic to get a better look at whats going on. With the drive array/set connected, please download and run:

https://download.owc.com/diagnostics/windows

This should generate a .ZIP file - please reply back to the automated email you will receive when opening the ticket and attach this file.

Additionally, if you have or can take screenshots of the problem specifically, please feel free to attach them. The more info on the problem, the better we can help.
