I installed the 8M2 in a Windows 11 workstation and the first issue I ran into was the fact I also had a RTX 4070 in the pcie slot right next to it and it was not 'seen' by the OS.. I then took the 4070 out and BOOM it was seen..
NOW I am trying to reset the 4 4TB SSD's to create a new RAID volume. This process is horribly slow from the UI right now and there is nothing showing 'running' high on the process list so it appears to be the card itself trying to either recover the RAID array or validate the SSD...
I will check the logs adn see what is going on but what other optinso are there to get a working new raid array on a new controller?

What is the process that is slow? Creating the volume? the user interface?
Did you restart? It not likely the card is "bad" in a way that makes tasks slow down.
