Investigating Problems with Disks

I have SoftRaid for ThunderBay and I am getting degraded - missing disk error. I am using 4 5 TB disk and the disk that is giving the error seems to be ok... I Verified the disk and it showed no errors. Is there a way for me to manually re-add the disk to the Volume ?

We need to see a support file to be sure that you do not have a different issue.
Can you send one to support at softraid?
