I haven't opened SoftRaid in a long time, since before I upgraded to an iMac Pro at the beginning of 2018. However, my Thunderbay 2 enclosure seemed to chugging awfully hard last week so I opened it to see if there were issues. It shows a single i/o error but all the disks seem clear. I did a Validate and everything was fine too.
Can anyone translate what's happening in the attached file?

Pictures do not show much, but there are no obvious issues.
Just clear the IO error counters for the volume.
