How do I reconnect disks back into a mirrored set? (see attached screenshot).
I'm using SoftRaid Lite 5.5.5, running on 10.11.6 and I have 2 Seagate 5Tb USB 3.0 drives.

Your volume failed over. You need to manually decide which volume has the best copy of your data. Then delete the other volume and "add secondary disk".
Let it rebuild in the background.
(USB 2.0 is really slow for such large drives!)
After this is done,you may need to "remove missing secondary disks"
