Icon menu - not working

We do not know why sometimes "gatekeeper" grabs the app keeps it in quarantine. We have a terminal command to fix this for users when they report it, and have reported this as a bug to Apple.

the actual command is:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine (path to app)
Which you can obtain the path most easily by drag/drop the app into the terminal window after entering the
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine portion of the terminal command. Terminal will auto fill the path.
