Mac mini m1 big issue

Hi Guy's, Help me please i have a big issues with my hard disks. First: today when i start my mac mini M1 it start until i put my login password 10 second and restart and then again same restart issue until i remove the thunderbolt 3 cable from my owc 4 bay. Second: Before one week i receive owc Express 4 m.2 with 4 samsung 980 1 TB, when i connect it and format it via softraid 6.2 it give me write speed 2.600 MB and the read 600-700 MB, The macsales support tell me to format it by mac disk utility, once i click format in disk utility my mac mini shutdown.i try to format it by my macbook air m1 one by one and the speed 700 MB each but when i make it raid 0 it give me same speed (write speed 2.600 MB and the read 600-700 MB). Now i realize from the first time i connect the express 4 M.2 and format it via my mac mini withe softraid 6.2, My system become unstable and today my mac keep restarting.. I will tell you what i am using to connect my system, maybe i am make something wrong with my system. I have 3 owc (4bay thunderbolt 3) with raid 5.I have two seagate 8 TB usb 3I have one WD 12 TBI have OWC Envoy Pro EX 2 TBTwo thunderbolt Dock station 1-(plugable thunderbolt 3)2-( Sonnet Echo Thunderbolt 4). Help me please. Ok Thank you so much,

i will transfer my data and delete my volume,

when i finish i will check and tell you if it's working with raid 4 or not.
