After multiple popup screens warning me my support was due to expire on 7/24/2023, I paid the $100 and renewed my plan. I confirmed my new expiration date of 7/24/2024 on the software.owc.com site but my application still shows today as the expiration date. This is despite launching/quitting the app and restarting the MacBook Pro.
How do I fix this and get my extended support to work?

Deactivate/Activate your license, which will force SoftRAID to "phone home", and it will reflect the new expiration date.
