Hi,
Someone from Support already asked for my System Diagnostic file so I actually emailed it directly to support. You should have my system report and SoftRAID tech support file from before. However, I don't think SoftRAID is generating any errors. I think the OS simply doesn't see the ThunderBay enclosures. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks.
Thanks, we presented yours and a couple other cases to Apple. This is a MacOS bug. It is being investigated, and a fix is promised to be in MacOS 15.3. Hopefully we will be able to post when it is in a 15.3 beta.
At present it appears only to affect the Mac Pro.
Sounds good. When Apple lets you know that they have a fix in a 15.3 beta and you are permitted to confirm, please let me know and I will install the beta to test.
Thanks.

I'm running Version 15.3 Beta (24D5040f) It seems to fix the problem. Now I don't have to turn the raid off and on.
The current issue is the Thunderbolt driver itself does not always load. So there is still more fixing to do.
I just installed MacOS 15.2 Beta DB2 (build 25D5040f) and it’s been working well for me so far (at least able to reboot without powering off my enclosures). Haven’t had any issues with the ThunderBolt driver but I’ve only rebooted a couple of times.
MacOS 15.3 was posted today, which should fix this issue.
