Hello:
I am operating SoftRAID 8.3 under MacOS 14.7. Several days ago I renewed my subscription. SoftRAID reports that there are 9 days remaining on my Premium license. License details reports that subscription will renew automatically on October 20. On October 20 will SoftRAID report the number of days remaining on my subscription as 365 days?

Hello:
I have SoftRAID 8.3 operating under MacOS 14.7. I have renewed my subscription. Prior to my subscription expiration date of October 20, SoftRAID indexed down days until my subscription expired. Now SoftRAID reports that my license has been deactivated.
I have rebooted the computer. However, SoftRAID continues to report deactivated.
Can you help me restore my SoftRAID subscription?

Under the email address for the forum, I only see a Nov 2022 upgrade to 8.
Did you use this email address to renew?
Was it for the license ending in B2A28?
