Hi, I'm having trouble mounting my Thunderbay 4 on Windows 10 running SoftRAID 8.1.2.0. The drive is fine, with no errors, and is typically mounted on MacOS without any issue. I've recently decided to move it over to a PC for Media Shuttle.

When I right click on the volume the option to 'Open in File Explorer' is greyed out and I'm not sure how to mount the volume. Any ideas?

I think you need to fill out a support ticket for this. It should be auto mounting.

Not precisely the same, but I have 2x 1U units and issues getting them both to mount on Windows (seeing "corrupted" errors) via an HFS+ RAID 5 array.

No issues what-so-ever on macOS.

@thecodingart

I have to send you to the Windows support team, unfortunately. Fill in a support ticket. Let me know what you find out.
