I Uninstalled All SoftRAID Components multiple times - and rebooted MacMini M1 and the 8.0 driver is still loaded. The 8.1 app loads and shows that the driver is still 8.0.

From now on, the MacOS version determines the version of SoftRAID driver that loads, you cannot over-ride this.
Sonoma will always load 8.0
You will find the next MacOS version is loading 8.3 when it is released.
