@softraid-support Like I said, no reply or auto-reply. I submitted it with Safari and then Brave and both times it loaded the support page but no indication anything was sent (like a confirmation). And thank you for reply and help!

I found the problem and fixed it. Your license now is renewed until 2026. You may need to deactivate/activate to see the new expiration date.

@softraid-support Thank you very much for the help. Is there someone I can talk to about adjusting the expiration to today's date, since I haven't been Premium for a time?

Hi. Looks like this happened to me last year, and is happening again. I have an active subscription, it renewed on July 24, but SoftRAID, and the license portion of your website, are still convinced that my license is expired.

Hopefully this can gets resolved quickly, and maybe won't happen again next year...

Its fixed. The issue has something to do with the timing of the renew vs the expiration of the license. Sorry for this

Hi,

I have the same problem - premium license 8.5 shows as License Deactivated - renewal was paid via Order #410059 and was placed on July 31, 2025.

Deactivate and then activate only pretends to activate.

I've submitted support form 3 times over a week or so but no response to any of them.

Please let me know if you need any more details to fix this.
