Put my Mac to sleep to head into the office this morning, and opened the lid to a crash:

Please attach kernel panics as text files (Make plain text in text edit to attach), so the forum can remain browseable.
I see several complaints like this in the Apple discussion forums, not related to SoftRAID, and the only suggestions are disable sleep.
SoftRAID is not mentioned in the backtrace, so this is likely another M1/sleep issue.
