OWC ThunderBay 4 on SoftRAID 7.6.1

I'm getting what I reported above.  The SoftRAID app closes and gives me that dialog box.  

I launched the Monitor, nothing happened.  I opened up the app again, same problem.

the Monitor is a faceless app, it won't "do anything", but perhaps enable the app to launch.

When you double click on it, do you see the Monitor widget in the menu bar?
(I assume it is not there currently)

It's always been there, and is blue.  

Just tried the Console to look at errors when trying to launch.  Searched for 'error' on that output.  Hopefully this provides some insight.  I have a larger captured log if you're needing more feedback.

I removed most of the strings for length. I am guessing engineering is aware of these, but will add it to the bug.

the fact Monitor is launching is interesting, however. It means it cannot communicate with the Application.

Ya the menubar widget has never had a problem.  

BTW I posted this with OWC but I've heard little back from them recently.  Is this a SoftRAID issue or OWC?  I believe they have their own version of this software?

OWC owns SoftRAID, we are one company. Depending on where you posted, it could go to my team, which has fast responses (as in the forum), or general customer service, which can take time to get back to you.

So you can keep posting here. We are still annoyed with this issue and looking for a permanent solution also.

You should have been able to download, but you would be running SoftRAID Standard.

You can get there directly softraid.com/sr
You can always go back to your existing 7.6.1 if you want to. (until macos 15 or whatever it is called is installed)

I have 7.6.1 and it isn't working.  That's what this thread is about.  It keeps telling me my plan is expired but I literally just bought another plan within the last month.  Nothing works with this software, even previous versions.  Should we start again?  I need this to work.  It's critical for me.

That license support plan expired in November 2023 from being renewed in 11/22.

I do not see a renewal.

I did find you upgrade a different SoftRAID license recently.

This is a forum, there is no telephone support here. Do you know what your other license number is? Or do you use it on a different computer?
