Try "uninstall SoftRAID" from terminal (assuming 6.3 or later: sudo softraidtool uninstall restart, run the app, does it work?

We do not have RAID 1+0 available in Windows. It is coming relatively soon, we expect the next update.
You need to use "uninstall" from utilities menu. not just delete the application.
