Can you open a support case? unfortunately, I cannot help with Windows and it is Friday, not sure if there is any Windows support on weeke4nds or not.
@john-graham I doubt it , but I can test this. I generally test with cleanly created volumes, so fragmentation should not be an issue
@davo Note: Your license status has zero impact on whether volumes mount, rebuilds happen etc. Your data is not at "risk" because you do not renew....
