Is the SoftRAID app loaded in System Preferences/Security/Privacy/Full Disk Access?

I am still waiting for a debug version. But manually loading the driver via command likes works?

What is the version of SoftRAID?
sudo kextstat -b com.softraid.driver.SoftRAID
In your support file last month, the driver was loading. Now it is not. Did you change your boot volume or anything?
You still have third party developers allowed? (It is system by system setting, not global now)

A SoftRAID tech support file. While I am looking at it, restart into internet recovery mode and make sure you have
"Reduced security" selected and enabled this:
Select the “Allow user management of kernel extensions from identified developers” checkbox to allow installation of software that uses legacy kernel extensions.
