SoftRAID is working then. The driver is loading. Your volume should be mounting, unless it has a damaged directory.
@softraid-support Yes the drive mounts, but this is a new drive, no raid is set. This looks to be as good as it gets for the moment
The problem is the application does not launch?
We can create a volume via terminal, if that is what you need to do.
@softraid-support yes the application does not complete the launch (due to a ‘monitor’ issue). I am using the disk without raid for the time being. Will wait a couple of Beta changes then try again
Thanks

Having the same issues as @jollyjap . Have tried all the steps posted in this thread with not luck. The SoftRAID 6.3.1 b1 app still will not launch.
Volumes on my TB4 bay mount as well as all other external OWC devices.
Question: if you restart with out the drives connected, launch SoftRAID, does it launch? then you can attach the drives.
Is the driver quarantined?
xattr /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext
@softraid-support No, SoftRaid still will not launch if I restart without the drive connected. We have gone through the quarantine thing before; I was quarantined and we were able to remove the quarantine, however it was also under com.apple.provenance (see link below)

I have replicated the problem of not launching with Ventura on a clean install, so we can investigate.
I still do not have any idea what provenance means.
@softraid-support Thanks, was beginning to think I was the only one!! In case you missed it I did a clean install as well, but no difference to the problem. ‘Provenance’ sounds like something to do with software signature, but that is pure conjecture
One speculation I have, based on feedback, is clean installs of beta 3 have a problem, but users who installed beta 1, then upgraded to beta 3 are not having a problem. Do not know why.

Had the previous beta installed before updating to Beta 3 and have this problem.
I do not have a solution yet to this. I will try manually installing the driver next, and perhaps pass this on, if our engineering cannot find a solution in the first couple days next week.
Yesterday I was about to install the Ventura Beta 3 so I downloaded and installed the Softraid 6.3.1 beta and once installed I read all this forum and decided to stay in MacOs 12 for now. The problem is I cannot go back to SoftRaid 6.3 it says the extension or driver is newer and cannot go back I am stucked in the 6.3.1 beta when I had 6.3 before with the Pro features purchased and license activated. Now it says trial and expiration in 50 days or something like that… is there any way to go back to version 6.3 as I had before? I cannot find any information on how to do it.
thanks in advance. Any help is appreciated!
