@sunstarfire

It is working now, for the next beta. Should be in a few days. It had to accommodate the new licensing/activation code.

Update to Beta 11.3 beta5 doesn't work the volumes don't mount. It was working on beta 4.

I have had users report that beta 5 does work, but would like someone to post this on the forum. thanks!

francoisduchatenet, if you post a SoftRAID tech support file, we can take a look at what is wrong in your case. The 11.3 betas do not delete or replace the SoftRAID driver, so SoftRAID volumes should work normally, even after the OS update.

I just installed 11.3 beta 5 on my M1 Mac mini. All seems to be working fine with my Softraid devices. Didn't have to reinstall Softraid or do Allow in Security panel. Good luck to all others.

Seems to be working ok on iMac Pro -- except for my icons don't show up. But I can still access the drives and the info.

I wanted to share that, despite beta 3 for MacOS was upgraded and b52 running fine, after a reboot caused by a crash, the raid didn't mount till closing the SoftRaid app and, after opening, accepting again the extensions (as after the first installation). Consider this if you installed new betas and raids are not mounting. Maybe you have to re-open the app so the pop-up message from Security and Privacy appears.

Its interesting how some users need to do this, while others do not. My systems all updated without needing to "Allow" again.

@softraid-support Mine too. No allow, nothing, all fine. Perhaps it is connected to the security level during boot? Or something like MacOS disabling an extension that causes a crash for the next boot, just to make sure the system does not go into a boot loop due to the driver constantly crashing.

I went from 11.1 official to 11.3 beta 4 and I *did* have to do "allow" again to see the drives. Everything was fine afterwards.

@sunstarfire

the next beta, which should be in days, has the M1 Monitor menu item fixed. ;-)
